Our paper “Strong decoupling between magnetic subsystems in SeCuO3” published in PRB
In collaboration with our colleagues from Rennes who performed DFT calculations, from our high-field torque measurements we found strong decoupling between magnetic subsystems in the low-dimensional spin 1/2 antiferromagnet SeCuO3. Our paper on this subject was published in Physical Review B.
Our finding is based on our high-field torque measurements which allow us to study magnetocrystalline anisotropy and spin reorientations. We propose zero-field and high field magnetic structures to be tested by future experiments.
